We have experienced a lot of unfulfilled deliveries or lost packages due to missing information and we regret to inform you that we cannot offer replacements or refunds in such cases.

We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses
We use DHL for most international deliveries. But this may change depending on the region and local postal services.
For deliveries outside Japan, Custom Duty and Import tax are NOT included. You may be charged when receiving, and since we have no control over these legal policies, we cannot help you in this unfortunately. Please check your country rules and guidelines before purchase.
For unfulfilled deliveries in cases of your absence, incomplete delivery address and other information, etc., the items will put on hold at the Post Office, and you will need to contact them or the shipping company. If you fail to do so within the given deadline, your item will be returned to us or disposed of.
