How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For items that are in stock, they will be shipped within 30 days from the date of purchase. For presales order, this may take a few months, please check the website on the
specific product page before ordering or contact customer support.

I have received order confirmation email but no update in shipping status. How can I track my order?

It may take up to 72 hours to reflect after the order is dispatched. Please contact customer support if you cannot track your order even after 72 hours of shipping notification.

Can I make changes to my order or cancel after it has been placed?

We will be able to process your request only within 24 hours of the order date and time.

What if I receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item?

Please contact customer support with photos as evidence.

My package is lost/stuck in custom. What should I do?

Please contact customer support with your order number and the local shipping company with the tracking number provided. Please note we do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses

Can I exchange or return an item?

Exchange and Returns are NOT accepted at any cost. Returns will lead to the shipping cost and custom fees to be paid twice.

What do I do in case of incomplete address orchange in shipping address?

Please contact us ASAP with shipping information including your Full Name, Complete Address, Phone Number, etc.

Will certain items be restocked?

Please contact customer support with the name of the item you would like to have.
We will check our inventories or plans for restocking.

Do you offer international shipping? How are duties and import taxes handled?

Yes, we do offer international shipping. But please note Custom Duty and Import tax are NOT included. You may be charged when receiving, and since we have no control over these legal policies, we cannot help you in this unfortunately. Please check your country rules and guidelines before purchase.

How long does it take to get a response from customer support?

We can take up to 3 to 5 business days to respond depending on the nature of query.
